Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta Fort Gordon Area

It is a good hotel that gives you quality for a great value. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. Service is excelent, if there is a issue with the room they fixed immediately. I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

The room was very clean neat.The staff was very helpful and polite. If you travel in Augusta Ga, and is close to this hotel please try it out only about 8 minutes from the Mall..And about 9 minutes from Walmart .

It's not too bad. The beds are nice and comfy. Rooms are clean. Breakfast sucks and the elevator is located at one end of the hotel. I know that may sound petty but after working your butt off all day , the only thing you want to do is get to your room and relax. Unfortunately, my key wasn't working, my room is on opposite sides than the elevator, and I was exhausted.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help me and make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Excellent Stay and Great Service! I really like this hotel — very clean and comfortable. Front desk lady Ms. Kin is always smiling and gives great service. Mr. Shah does an amazing job with breakfast every morning. Both Kin and Shah are very kind and make guests feel at home. Hotel is near the airport and military area, right off Exit 3 on I-20, very convenient. Nice renovation, good gym, non-smoking and no pets allowed, and pool upgrade is in progress. Everything is well maintained — overall a very good hotel with excellent hospitality!

We arrived with the historic ice and snowstorm on the afternoon of January 31st, 2026, as we were returning home from Florida to West Virginia. Check-in was smooth and Kim was very helpful. Our room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very good. Kim was still on-shift and still friendly and smiling even though the next shift hadn't arrived. As the roads were icy the next morning, we delayed our check-out until 11am but we were offered a late check-out. We arrived home on February 2nd after another Choice Hotel stay but will remember our stay in Augusta and Kim's hospitality during Snowmageddon 2026.

I got the 2 king bed with 2/ person jacuzzi tub. I usually get the cheapest room but I decided to upgrade and try out this type of room. The room also had a regular bathroom with shower/tub in it along with microwave mini fridge and TV. The bed was very comfortable along with the bedding. The comforter was very soft and warm my husband wanted to take it home. (We didn't take it) Now I have to get him one the same type. The only downside to the room is that there is a slight musty smell from the carpet neer the jacuzzi tub which would be expected. My husband wasn't able to smell it but I have highly sensitive nose and can smell everything. I'm also allergic to mold and mildew which there wasn't any, because I could breath perfectly in the room. The staff were extremely friendly check in was fast and eazy. Breakfast was good variety nice and fresh. Check out was just as eazy. I am a reward member and I was able to do the precheck in online so I just pickef up my key at the front desk. Highly recommend to at least try the jacuzzi tub room once. I would definitely book this hotel and room again.

The staff are outstanding—always willing to help and consistently going above and beyond. The environment and overall feeling of the lobby are warm and cozy, truly making it feel like a home away from home. The staff are always smiling, greeting you, and making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. On top of that, the breakfast is awesome, with a wide variety of options, different meats each day, and freshly baked Southern biscuits that are absolutely delicious. I will definitely return and stay at this Comfort Inn every time I am in town. They have been doing an amazing job upgrading this property.
